Can you give us a bit more info on the issue?
Do you mean that your Dropbox account is disabled?
Which code are you not receiving?
If you can send us a screenshot of what you see, when you try to sign in, that would be really helpful.

Are you trying to reset your Dropbox password , or you know the password but it still asks for a 6-digit code sent to your hotmail and you didn’t see the codes coming in? Did you try checking your junk files and spam folders as well?
