Error 500 when trying to delete my account
Hi,
I cannot delete my free account and get the above error?
Anyone know how to fix?
Thanks

Hi Hannah,
I've tried in both Chrome and Edge private/non-private sessions and still the same error.
Thanks

Hmm, is it possible to try while connected to a different network?
If it persists, let me know and I can reach out to you via email.

Hi Hannah, just revisiting this after some time. Still have the same problem, could you please reach out to me via email?
I have updated my account to an email address I can be reached at.
Thanks!

Hi re12345, before we go any further, could you attach a screenshot showing the error you're getting?
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
