I didn't access my Dropbox account for over a year and now it's gone.

Hello. I had an f account******5@yandex.ru which I got forever when I bought a Sony Xperia. It was like 2GB or 20GB. It so happened that I haven't used it for over a year. And now I wanted to log into dropbox and take a very important photo from there, but I'm already gone. All the photos, documents, all the important things that I kept for 10 years - everything is gone! What should I do? ((

Unfortunately if its over a year since you logged on there isn't anything you can do - inactive accounts are deleted and all data wiped which is unrecoverable. Dropbox does send repeated emails warning this will happen before they wipe it
