I don't have access to my email to receive the 6 digit code. Can I receive it in another way?

I don't have access to the email address I use to login to dropbox. I know my password. BUt I can't get the access code because I don't have access to my email address. May I get the code in any other way? I need help!!!!!

    Do you perhaps have any devices linked to that account, zgediko

     

    The security code should have gone to those as well, as a notification.

     

    Let me know what you find.

      I have the desktop on my apple MacBook which I don't use anymore

        If you have access to it, I'd suggest checking it out.

         

        Otherwise, you can contact our support team directly, by following these steps:

         

        1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
        2. Choose your issue type and fill out the rest of the form.
        3. Click "submit".

         

        Once you have it, please send us your ticket number here as well!
