I received a suspicious email by no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com to view a document - is it legit?
I received an email from no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com with a link to this document that's asking me to sign in to my microsoft account. It's blurry and looks dodgy as sin. Any ideas if this is a scam?
Cheers

Hey Fmabs! Thanks for posting this on the forum.
At first glance, the domain of the sender looks legit, as em-s.dropbox.com is one of our official Dropbox domains indeed.
Is this what you see after clicking on the link that was sent via email? Can you send a screenshot of the original email you received?
Finally, were you expecting to receive any documents from a third party?
Keep me posted.

Thanks Nancy, I've attached a screen shot. This person is in my far reaching networks but not directly and I wasn't expecting the document. Does drop box ever ask you to sign in to your outlook account to view a document? Could the document itself be the problem, not the dropbox link itself?
Thanks

And yes, this is the page I'm directed to when I click on the link in the email.
