Thanks for posting this here, anonymous, and for the screenshot you’ve attached!
When registering with your AppleID, did you also choose the option to “hide your email”? If yes, there should be a random email address generated using this domain “@privaterelay.appleid.com”. Can you please clarify if this is what you see here?
In the meantime, I’d also like you to test this via an incognito window on your current web browser and check if the same error appears.
