Hey there @pellen - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
As for the first issue, note that this means that there's already a Dropbox account associated with the email address you used and that you probably didn't delete the account in the first place. Have you tried signing into the account instead?
When it comes to the second issue, you'll need to contact the team's admin and ask them to convert your account back to an individual one.
