My team account got locked and I didn't retrieve the files and now they're all deleted

Question

hi folks,&nbsp;
  as my title says:&nbsp;
  My Basic plan was merged into business account, which got locked in July and I wasn't able to retrieve it before it got permanently deleted on 1st december 2024.
  Are there any chances, to retrieve it back?
  I'm willing to pay fully for it. &nbsp;
  But I wasn't able to find any way how to contact the team.&nbsp;
  I got there old data which I don't have anywhere else.&nbsp;

You can try contacting Support but you likely won't be able to recover the account. Once an account has been deleted it's not possible to recover the files that it contained.
