Hey Mikey5, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
If I'm getting this right, it looks like you have some issues when trying to change the password of your Dropbox account.
Could you try adding "no-reply@dropbox.com" to your email's contacts or address book and repeat these steps to reset your password?
