Request for Dark Mode for the Website and the Desktop (including Paper)

HI all; thanks for sharing your thoughts and interest in seeing Dark Mode on all of our platforms. 

For now, as you probably know, Dark Mode is offered on our mobile app for Android and iOS devices. 

Regarding your suggestion for Dark Mode for Showcase SoundDept; if it's not too much to ask, could you please post it as a separate idea so users can upvote it to show their interest in that specific functionality?

The mobile apps already have it and it would be really nice to see it on the website version. 

i have the same problem Dropbox is way too bright and therew is no option to tone it down. less light, less electricity, less coal, less carbon dioxide, live longer

How is this not a thing after 2.5 years? The mobile version has a dark mode, but not desktop? C'mon already!

While new features are added occasionally, it does seem that some reasonable and long standing requests just languish. It is very frustrating.

How is dark mode for the web app not a thing yet? It's 2021 for crying out loud!

Dark mode should be implemented to web app, and desktop. I also would like to see a dark mode option for the menu bar app of dropbox in Mac. By the way, dark mode implementation will be appreciated for the paper as well. 

How can a tech company like Dropbox not be able to implement Dark mode for the web? The menu bar app for Mac doesn't even follow the OS theme of dark mode. People have been asking for three years and yet they are probably focused on some other garbage feature nobody asked for and nobody wants. Thanks for listening Dropbox!

Dropbox is consistently the most blinding website I routinely visit. It is so bad I don't visit the page at night when I'm working, I will wait until daytime to upload files.  A dark theme would really make some core users happy.  
Besides all that, its 2021, let's keep up.
