Request for Dark Mode for the Website and the Desktop (including Paper)

I see dark mode in Paper but not in Files. Why not put the switch in "Settings" where everyone else puts such things?

Yeah so your last reply is great and all, but I noticed you said it is available for "All versions, and for PAPER on Dropbox.com" 

What is it about the request that you all are not getting? We ALL want this to be available in the settings for ALL of Dropbox.com. A lot of us like using the website, and want it to have a Dark Mode as well. Why is this so hard? It is 2022. C'mon guys. 

No lie, I have thought a couple of times over the years about buying a plan with you guys, and then I always come back to this. If you can't even get this simple task done that has so many users wanting it, why would I believe the product is overall quality?

Wow... 4 years later and Dropbox finally decided to review this suggestion.

It'll probably be another 4 years till it's "Planned", and then I'll be dead before it actually rolls out.

I can't believe it's not there??

The machine is dark, apps are dark, windows are dark .. So I'm getting a heart attack every time I'm working at night and I open DB website to download a client asset.

And what about energy savings!

Why has this been overlooked for so long? I primarily use Dropbox via the Desktop website and get blinded every time i use it.

Pretty insane that they've neglected this for so long.

My favorite cloud for over 10 years at least!

But... there's one thing i start to miss more and more lately:

The possibility to use Dropbox in DARK MODE!!

I think i may not be alone in this matter, could you guys PLEASE consider to add this possibility to the account-settings?

It would be such a relief for the eyes when, being busy with my content in poor light, and even during the day(light), i could switch to dark mode.

Instead of turning down the brightness of my device so far that it affects the display of my photos, and so the joy of the whole experience of photo editing or simply the looking at my pics.

 Thanxx for reading, i hope this is an idea that i will see appear as a new feature in my account settings..
