I'm trying to download a copy of my invoices but it's not working.Under the Billing section, where there's the list of all the invoices, if I click at the end of a listing on the three dots, it gives the option to choose Invoice or Receipt. If I click on Invoice it just loads another Billings page in another tab exactly the same as the original one, not any invoice details. I was charged for 2TB of storage on September 15th, 2023. I do not need or want this upgrade in subscription. Out of the 2TB of space that the upgrade provides, I have 1.9TB of free space. I do not need all that space and I never agreed to this upgrade. Please help refund my money and cancel this subscription. The Dropbox site is giving me nothing but headaches. If I am signed out I can go to the billing page and it loads. If I go to sign in, the right side of the page doesn't load. I turned off ad blockers in case that was it. When I go to send an email about this problem I'm only given the option to write about billing issues.
