To access your backup settings, you'd need to navigate to the Backups tab in the app's preferences Jinge

Hi there Jinge, sorry to hear about this.
It sounds like you may have enabled the computer backup feature upon installing the desktop app on your computer.
In that case, you can disable it as outlined here.
I hope this helps!

Thanks for suggestion/instruction but I can't work it out at all. When I "search" for Dropbox I get -Blocked-.rfx which means nothing to me. Also visible is C:\Users\wejoy\Dropbox\PC\Documents\IT and Bak\Brian backup files\Backup sept18\Documents\My RoboForm Data\Default Profile which probably is of no help except that it show the relative location of Dropbox.

Hi Jinge, in order to disable Backup, you need to make sure your app is running, and access its preferences.
In order for you to do so, you'd need to check for the Dropbox icon next to your WiFi, click there then click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.
Click the Backups tab, and the option should be there under Manage backup. If not, let me know.
