I can't find the folders I created on the desktop app of my macOS Sequioa.
Dropbox used to work painlessly. Now I create a folder with docs and I can't find it, but if I try to recreate it, it says it is there. This is BS. Using a Mac with Sequoia

Hey Mapsguy1955, let's jump right into this!
Which platform do you use when creating a folder? Do you use your browser, or desktop app?
If you have any screenshots, feel free to send them over, in order for me to have a visual too.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I use the desktop app on Finder. Dropbox is on my favorites, just like a folder with nested folders. I don't know how to add a photo. I can't drag and drop

Any answer would be good! Dropbox always worked just like a normal HFS until about a year ago, now it just behaves like a petulant child... I'm ready to stop paying. Maybe that would instigate a phone call?

Hey Mapsguy1955, you can see your Support options right here.
Would you mind clarifying your app's current version and its syncing status at the moment? You can find this by hovering over your little Dropbox icon, on your menu bar next to your WiFi.
Do you get the same results when you try to create a new folder inside your Dropbox folder?

When I hover there is nothing. It has the icon with a "10" in it. The new folder shows up there, but not when I search in Finder. I should give you background. I exported photos from photos as jpg's to import into a Keynote presentation (quality is better doing it that way compared to drag and drop) into one of my dropbox folders. I can't get to it via finder because it isn't there. I always could before. Dropbox was just an extension of Finder. Now I have to save the folder on the desktop, use the files, and then move it, but I'm still not sure if I will be able to find it later. It is unnecessarily complicated.

Hey Mapsguy1955! Did you notice this behavior after updating your computer’s OS, by any chance? Or after an update of the Dropbox app?
If you go to your Dropbox account online, are you able to locate your folder?
