Hi Luciano A.1! I’m sorry to hear the same issue persists.
Did you also clear the Dropbox app’s cache before reinstalling/restarting your device? If not, can you please give that a try as well, and let me know how it goes?

This morning there was a new version 316.3 in the Appstore. Problem solved! Thanks to the Dropbox Community and to the Dropbox team for the solution.

- AmineParis2 years agoHelpful | Level 5For me now it’s ok it’s good !! I followed the steps they asked to do. I cleared the cache, I cleared the history, I logged out, I uninstalled the application, I logged out App Phone, I turned off the phone, I restarted the phone, I reconnected App Phone, downloaded Dropbox, logged in. The error message still appears, but the file saves correctly
