Do shared folders take up space on all members?
I need to know that if I've shared an folder upload link with any person whom I need to get the files uploaded in the folder, when he/she will upload the files, will the storage be filled in their dr...

In addition to what Walter said, if you only need to receive files and the person uploading them won't need access to those files after the upload, you can use a File Request instead. The files will only be stored in your account, and the uploader won't even need a Dropbox account.
