How to Start a Retry
I have about 25 files with upload errors. I clicked "retry all" and they have all been added back "in queue" with a little clock icon next to each file. The only option appears to be the "Cancel" button. These files have been in queue for about 48 hours and no upload retry has been started. How do I instigate a retry of these uploads? To manually figure out which files they are and where the source is would be next to impossible. What does the "retry all" option do if it does not trigger the upload function again?
Hi Tejas, thanks for messaging the Community.
The Retry all option re-uploads all the files, not just the ones that failed to upload.
Currently, there isn't a method of uploading only the failed uploads.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
