I’m having a problem with re-uploading my photos and videos from my iPhone
Hello!
I’m currently having a problem: I had started uploading my Camera Roll, using the Camera Upload feature, on my iPhone. A little over 2,000 photos/videos had uploaded when I realized that the they were in JPEG format instead of HEIC. I then deleted the ‘Camera Uploads’ folder and then deleted them again from the ‘Deleted Files’ tab. When attempting to re-upload them, the process started where it left off and it disregarded the 2,000-something photos it had originally uploaded. Now, I’ve read around and I’ve seen people say that the FAQ says something about every uploaded photo has a GUID, so that no photo/video can ever be re-uploaded, but I feel like there has to be a way for the GUID’s of my first set of uploaded photos/videos to be deleted, so that I can re-upload them. Can anyone help me?
This is a link to a thread, where someone had a similar problem. If/How it was fixed is still unknown to me:

If you look in the Camera Upload menu on the device you should see an option with when to upload from. If that is already 'All Photos' you will need to email support via www.dropbox.com/support and ask them to reset your camera uploads settings.

I do have to add that the previously uploaded and deleted photos/videos were all from different dates! It’s like the system chose, randomly, what to upload first.
