I'm getting an error 429 "Can't display link. The operation couldn't be completed." on the web`
I hired a videographer to document my wedding, however then I try to download the file which is 12gb it keeps on failing, then when I try again this error appear, the videography told me that they do not keep a copy and is unable to retrieve it for me, I’m pretty desperate right now and I’m hoping Dropbox will be able to help me, what can I do?

Hey Breaking - sorry to hear about this.
Are you only getting this error when trying to download the file that the shared link points to or even when trying to preview it on the website?
If the file was deleted from the videographer's end, you'll need to ask them to restore it from their end for you to be able to access it through the shared link.
In any case, please let us know of any updates.
