My sharing activity has been suspended and I can't contact support.
Hi there I need urgent help regarding an issue with my sharing activity as its been temporarily suspended because I have exceeded bandwidth - I am trying to contact support to help trouble shoot the issue, but the help page is saying that I do not have access to any support options. Again this is urgent regarding my business account that should have access to this support.

Hi Kyles
The only people within a business account who have access to chat are Admins. Its also worth pointing out that if you are on a trial you wont get access to chat until you have paid.
Also, regarding bandwidth errors, there is no way around it - you need to just ride it out I'm afraid. The first ban is usually 24 hours.
