Not receiving verification email, so I cannot share files
I've tried changing email, I've tried adding the contact, I've received the welcome to drop box email, but I cannot receive the verification email. I am trying to share a time sensitive file so if someone on the customer support team could reach out to me to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Pretty alarming that the customer support chat service can't even be used without a verified account.
