Saving articles with new folders
Hi, does anyone save web page articles from iOS Safari into DropBox? I normally use the ‘Save to DropBox’ option in iOS Safari. That option would also allow me to save a web page article in a new Dro...

Hi there Robbo1983 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please let me know your device's OS version and if you've tried another browser or a private browsing window on Safari as well?
Also, have you maybe tried clearing the cache of both apps to see if that helps?
Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Hi Walter, thank you for the quick response. Sorry yes, I need to update to the latest version of 17.2.1 which I will do tonight. I also have not tried another browser and so I will also try that if the problem still persists. I also haven’t tried clearing the cache of both apps. Thank you.

- Robbo198311 months agoHelpful | Level 6Hi Walter, thanks for following up. Unfortunately, the issue still persists with Safari saving to DropBox. I have followed the suggestions; I am now on iOS 17.2.1, I also cleared the cache on Safari and DropBox, and I have tried different browsers. I am now using Chrome rather than Safari. Chrome allows me to create folders in DropBox but it takes several steps versus what was easy with Safari. Any additional suggestions would be welcome thank you!
