Unable to back up?

I'm trying to back up my documents, downloads, and desktop, but for whatever reason it still hasn't happened though it's been a week. I've checked unlimited bandwidth and done everything I could fathom, but still nothing 😞 I have a 1tb storage plan, yet i'm only trying to back up ~310 gbs of files. Am I missing something here? If it helps, I only have 90 or so gbs free on my hard drive, but I don't see how that would matter considering it only gets saved to the cloud.

  • Hi again,

I'm not sure what changed, but it seems to be working now. Thank you so much for your efforts to help, though!

Hi geeggg, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you attach a screenshot showing this page on the site?

What is the current status of the Dropbox desktop application?

This will help me to assist further!

      Hi Jay,

      Here you are!

Although it says the last backup performed was on the 19th, nothing has actually been backed up as you can probably see by the file size.

What is the status of the Dropbox desktop application? A screenshot showing this would help.
