    And remember, it would have doubled only while you were on a paid plan. If you had 15.5GB before subscribing, you would have had 31GB while subscribed, and then back to 15.5GB after cancelling the paid plan.

it's saying 15.5 GB. but I remember it was 30GB before. are you able to check the history/logs for the storage space before I subscribe the Plus plan. ( I started the subscription at 2020-09)

The history would be visible on the page I linked previously, including any previous promotions that offered extra temporary quota to your account. 

 

The maximum referral bonus you can earn on a Basic plan is 16 GB in total with 32 referrals, so it wouldn't be possible to earn 30 GB that way.
