Getting rid of "Turn on Accessibility" box from Dropbox

Hi – does anyone know how I can get rid of a Dropbox box that has appeared on my Mac screen and has no red Off button for closing the box? It is a Turn On Accessibility box with a big exclamation mar...

    Have you tried restarting your computer? If not, please give that a go. 

     

    Does this pop-up message appear again after that? If yes, are you able to dismiss it by selecting “Not now”?
