I've signed in to the Dropbox app, but I don't see my files.
I have a new device. I installed the app. Signed in. Dropbox does not recognize me. No files. I am…concerned.

If you're signed in and see no files, you've likely signed in to a different or new empty account. Make sure you're using the same email address that you used previously when signing in to Dropbox.
