My app is stuck syncing content on my Sonoma.

Hello,

I am using Sonoma 14.3.1 and Dropbox is not syncing files (I see the two white arrows on blue background symbol). I have deleted and re-installed the Dropbox app, but to no effect.

Many thanks,

Anna41

    Hi Anna41

What does Dropbox say if you mouse over the Dropbox icon on the status bar?

Hey Anna41, thanks for your fast response!

How long has the app been stuck syncing the same content? can you check if the Dropbox app has full disk access by following these steps and let me know if that helps?

Is it possible that you have more than 300K files in your Dropbox folder, which would be the app's soft limit? If yes, do all these files sync locally?
