Online-only and available offline file options do not appear

Hello I'm getting different online offline file options from other colleagues on a shared company account. I get the option to make a file offline, but then I'm unable to get an option to return fil...

    Thank you - I reinstalled and now have the options of online/offline for each file.
    I think I didn't click on the option for dropbox accessibility on the previous installation 🙂👍

Hi Rich 

Thanks for your reply, my operating system is Ventura 13.0 the dropbox version is v180.4.4912
Attached screen shots showing how my Sync preferences panel looks compared to my colleagues.
Mine is missing the 'storage of new files section'.

Are both yours and your colleague's computers linked to the same Dropbox account?

 

And what kind of Dropbox plan are you both on?

    Hi Hannah - yes both mine and my colleagues are on a Dropbox Business Advanced Trial.

        No myself and my colleagues are using different email logins.
