Hi @nitzil; how are you today?
We've had some similar reports about this and as I mentioned there as well, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on an Android device running the last, stable version of the app which is 200.2.8.
Could it be that you're using the beta version of our Android app on the affected device? That would be 202.1.2 as found within your mobile's app store and you should be able to revert to the stable releases from there (Google Play) too.
In any case, please keep us posted!

Hi nitzi, thanks for posting on the Community!
Do you experience this issue on any other third-party app that uses fingerprint access?
What is the exact behavior you get? Do you have any error messages, or the app just exits?
Keep me posted!

Hi
Thanks for your quick reply.
It simply exits.. vanish.
I'm using Nova Launcher, so I thought it might be related to some shortcuts that I create on the main screen, but no... it happens also from "all applications" tab.
Other 3rd party applications work perfect with the fingerprint, but again, with (many) other Xiaomi devices that I had, it worked excellent.
Thanks
