Sync Next does't show up on "Sync and Backup"- And also Pause Backup doesn't work.
Hey there,
The Button "Sync Next" appears only on files that are already syncing... other files the option does not appear...

Hey adriano_furlan, let's jump right into this!
It would make sense for the Sync Next button to work only on files that are currently syncing.
Essentially this option is prioritizing a syncing file, into the syncing queue.
When you say that pausing a Backup is only for external drives, would you be able to elaborate more on that please?
You can pause the app when syncing, but if I understand this correctly, you wish you had the option to pause only the syncing of your Backup, is that correct?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Actually, as you can see on the images, all files are on the syncing queue, and I wish I could select any of them to be synced first, and that's not possible because the "Sync Next" button only appears on files that are already being downloaded... in my point of view, the file that is already being downloaded, soon will be ready to use, so if I need another file to be ready first, i would then select it into the queue to Sync Next. Am I'm wrong?
About the Backup.
The Dropbox Backup Manage Panel shows us a few options about the status, folders to backup, option to delete backup, where to backup, etc. But I don't have any option to pause the backup.
And this option is able for external disks.
I usually use my dropbox to backup my MacBook files, and I also use it to share files to other people, so they can work on them. But yesterday the backup sync was on priority, above other files that needed synchronization first and I wasn't able to Pause the backup os use the Sync Next Button. At that time, I needed the files to be synced first and, after that task done, dropbox could continue to backup my MacBook files.
The image below shows a lot of strange files being backed up... the problem is, that it was taking to long to backup and I couldn't stop/pause it.
I hope I have made myself clear so you can understand me.

Sorry to jump in, adriano_furlan. From what I can see, your Dropbox app is currently up to date, so it’s hard to see what’s going on when files are still syncing.
Next time you have files syncing on the app and the same thing happens, can you send me a screenshot of the options you see next to the files you’d like to prioritize?
