Hi Everyone,
Yes, I am also facing the famous error message "there was a problem completing this request".
I just switched from an Macbook to a Windows laptop. I freshly installed windows 10 ...

So I got it sorted now, I guess it had something to do with my own network at home. I was able to login from the office without a problem.

Yes I can. Without any problems. I tried 3 different accounts, all 3 work online but not within the app.

Are you a free user at all?
If so have you checked www.dropbox.com/account/security to make sure you dont have more than 3 connected devices?

Hey JohnnyDrama, since you're referring to a Dropbox for Business teams account, could it be that your team's admin has set device approvals from their end? Have you checked with them directly? '
If that's not the case, you could try creating a brand new OS profile on your computer and installing the desktop app there.
