Billed for the last four years after cancelling the service.

I asked my husband to tell me recurring credit card charges and Dropbox came up for 11.99 per month. I did a search and saw that I cancelled the account 3 years and 11 months ago. I have an email proving this; indicating that I had deleted my account.

I see now that I still have some sort of free account. Excuse me? So is it a free account that charges money or a failure to cancel/delete a paid account in the first place?

Please refund the last four years of my money.

You likely have/had more than one account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to verify the account you're paying for, and see if the email address shown matches the one where you received the cancellation.

I am having the same issue. And it's being billed through PayPal so I can't look it up. And I cannot get in touch with a human.

Hey SusGro, let's jump right into this!

I went ahead and reached out internally about this. I sent you an email, and I'll be happy to see you there.

        Thanks!
