Can I add more space to my Business trial or renew early?
Currently on a Dropbox Business trial, until Nov 24, but want to move 30TB of data to my account.
I cannot seem to add more storage, assuming because I'm in a trial, and cannot contact support.

Hey db2024ukmcr, thanks for posting your question to our Community.
Currently, the max space you can have with the free trial of this plan is 9TB with a minimum of 3 licenses.
If you wish to renew to a paid subscription, to add more space, you should be able to do it from your billing page.
Each additional actively used license adds 3TB to your space, but you can also purchase space add-ons.
Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks Hannah, there is no option to renew to a paid subscription and I cannot purchase addons.
Thanks

Thanks for the update, db2024ukmcr.
Can you check if this page allows you to renew? Or does it re-direct you to your billing page?
- db2024ukmcr25 days agoExplorer | Level 3Thanks, it takes me to the plans page where I can see the different plans, but if I click on ‘buy now’ it takes me to the billing page, with the message; If you’d like to manage your plan, please contact support.
