I accidentally upgraded my Dropbox account. How can I get a refund?

I am 80 yrs and accidently signed up for more than the basic dropbox plan. I need help in getting a refund 

Is there a phone number I can call?

    There is no phone number.

     

    Are you sure you signed up and paid for a subscription? Check your Plan page. What plan does it say you're on?

     

    To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
