Please help me get a refund . The articles are not helping. I an housing a family of Ukrainians and cannot afford to lose £100 like this.

10 months agoHey Jackieab53d! Did you follow Rich’s suggestion above to open a ticket with our support team? Please make sure you’re not logged into ANY Dropbox account when you do this (you can open an incognito window or another browser).
When you’ve got your ticket number, send it to me here and I’ll leave an internal note to our team for you.
