I haven't received a refund for my Essentials plan, but it's been downgraded.
I’m tried to cancel my Essentials subscription before I was charged but too late, and since I heard Dropbox never gives refunds, I’d like my essentials plan back but it won’t let me without purchasin...

Oops! Nevermind, they did refund me even though I didn’t ask initially but excellent. thanks anyways for your help
