I paid for 2 TB but I only have 2 GB

Help. Ik betaal voor 2000 GB en krijg maar 2 GB, terwijl ik nu direct toegang nodig heb tot de overige 1998 GB - hoe kan dit geregeld worden?

    Hoe heb je je account geüpgraded? Met je creditcard rechtstreeks vanaf onze website of via de Dropbox-app op je mobiele apparaat (met iTunes/Google Play)?

    Wat zie je in het tabblad 'Plan' van je accountinstellingen hier?

    Laat het me weten en dan gaan we verder.

    How did you upgrade your account? With your credit card directly from our website or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device (with iTunes/Google Play)?

    What do you see in the plan tab of your account settings here?

    I also have the same problem with my subscription. I’m being charged monthly for Plus plan on App store but somehow I received an email saying I’m being downgraded to Basic. Tried to hit the upgrade button again but it says I’m still currently subscribed to Plus plan.
