Did you upgrade your Dropbox account via www.dropbox.com? Or was it via Google Play/iTunes, by any chance?
If the former, do you see a 12-digit transaction ID in your bank statement (next to Dropbox)?
If yes, I’d like you to use it on this page. Do you get the same email address as the one you see here?
Let me know and we’ll go from there.

The transaction ID would look something like: Dropbox*123ASD456HJK so it's not similar to the one you mentioned.
Can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
