I paid for a Dropbox subscription last week, but my account is still Basic.
Hello, I have paid my new subscription there 1 week, the paiement has be done with succès and the money has been debited BUT my Dropbox still as basic status and everything is blocked impossible to reach the support, any answer from them from 1 week !

Did you upgrade your Dropbox account via www.dropbox.com? Or was it via Google Play/iTunes, by any chance?
If the former, do you see a 12-digit transaction ID in your bank statement (next to Dropbox)?
If yes, I’d like you to use it on this page. Do you get the same email address as the one you see here?
