I paid for a Plus account, but I'm still being told I don't have enough space.
The account shows 2GB (not TB). When I try to copy something, the account tells me not enough space... When I click on 'Upgrade' I see a message telling me I have PLUS. And still on 2GB...
It's not this account, but [removed per Community Guidelines]
Please fix this. Reaching you in another way is nearly impossible.

Please note that we don’t have any account visibility here on the forum, so I can’t check the account you mentioned. We can still look into this though.
Can you send me a few screenshots of what you see when accessing that Dropbox account?
More specifically, I’d like a visual of what you see at your Plan page here and of any errors you’re getting prompting you to upgrade that account for more space.

Hi basbuis, thanks for the info. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link and then entering an email address that you can access to contact the team.
