I paid for an upgrade, but my account is still not upgraded
I paid to upgrade my subscription but the account hasn’t been upgraded after taking the money. I tried to restore my purchase but just get an error code 409

I upgraded to a Dropbox Plus subscription a month ago (via apple ID subscriptions). But the account is still Basic.

Hi Kath8, let's see what we can find on this!
As a first step, could you try restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device, by following these steps?
In your Dropbox app, tap Account.
Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
Tap on Restore purchases, which should activate your last upgrade.Keep me posted!
