I paid for the Dropbox Plus plan, but I'm still on the Basic plan
I paid for a year in september, but still have the basic plan. I cannot get support, becausa I am on the basic plan even though I paid for it.
Please help.

Dropbox email to the address you use on the forums so that they know its the same person.
If its a different email to the one you are using now have you tried logging in and out to the other account ?

yes of course. i talked to your chat bot. but i have no transaction id.

I upgraded it on my computer, in the account. I have two accounts, with 2 email adresses, but none of them are upgraded.

Have you tried using the look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your purchase?

Hey Elinelin - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please clarify how exactly you upgraded your account in the first place? Was it through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
Do you have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours?
