I want to cancel and stop being billed.
I'm still being billed since canceling in December. I have a ticket # 23688508.

Hi Alcan1, thanks for messaging the Community.
It looks like this support ticket is no longer valid on our end. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly via the following method.
- Open an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account
- Access this link
- Choose 'Other'
- Enter an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
The team will then be able to assist you further.
