I'm paying for a subscription but I can't contact support
can't get help either.
you have to be a paying customer to talk to a real person but we are taking your money but not making you a paying customer
Been paying for years but nothing showing in the subscription section. Unable to get dropbox to check as unable to give them card details as the link the bot shows doesnt work. Cant event find where to edit card details.
The chat bot says there is alternative (better) support options for paid subscribers, but it doesn't think I am even I've been paying for years

Hey coldair, thanks for posting to our Community.
It sounds like you're probably signed in to an account that is not your paid one.
Can you let us know more about your issue?
Are you trying to locate the email address associated with your paid account?
Any additional details you can give us, would be really helpful.
Thanks.
