Need to cancel subscription but cannot access account as I have no access to email
Hi,
My email address that i used to previously login with has been de-activated by my employer and we now have new email addresses. I am unable to login to my DropBox account. I have an outstanding subscription that i need to cancel, but am unable to do so.
Please help.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, but can't access the email associated with it, you can still contact our support team for assistance:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know once you have your ticket number.
