No access to emails for password reset or cancel subscription

Cancelling dropbox subscriptions

So I don't have access to the emails anymore and I have two Dropbox subscriptions I am paying for.

I want to kill it all and start fresh.

 

How do I close my accounts without being able to access them or speak to Customer Service?

    I'd suggest getting in touch with our support team directly through this form for further assistance.

     

    Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
