Paying for Plus, but I have the Basic.

Hello,

I am paying for a Dropbox Plus, but I don’t have it when I log in, I only have Dropbox Basic. And I also cant find my files. 

I get the payment receipt to my email, which is the same email I use for dropbox. But it still says that I only have Dropbox Basic.

    If you arent seeing the upgrade when logging in you almost certainly have upgraded the wrong account by mistake. Check what email the PayPal payment is linked to and try logging in to that one
