Desktop app cannot login to Dropbox

After I reinstalled Windows, the desktop version dropbox cannot login, I am sure the password is correct since I can login from Chrome, it keeps saying that login too many attemps and ask me to try a...

    Thanks for the update, please wait for 24 hours before attempting to login again on the Dropbox desktop application.
