Account has been deleted?

Hello,    I had an account that I used on a - not so often - basis but I would go in and get what I need and get out.   The problem is today I needed to go in and Dropbox says my email is not...

    Hello Walter! Thank you for jumping in!

     

    I am the one that created the account years ago but I never got a notification that the account was about to be deleted but my wife did... I thought: maybe she created an account and just forgot about it. But now I can see she was receiving emails about my account... So I am really confused as you can imagine! 

     

    Well, I guess it is what it is and the Dropbox security works so if the data is totally deleted I guess I just have to start from scratch. Not the best scenario but I am not going to lose sleep over it!
