Can't get the code to access my account because email address is closed
Hi all,
i create a dropbox account with my professional email adress on my professional computer, but this adress was closed by my company few hours after.
I tried to log in on my personal computer but i need to
approve connection, email sent on closed email
and i need to write the code that is also sent on this email adress....
I tried to fill in forms for people that don't received the email and the code but it doesn't work.
For now i'm unable to loig in my account and my account is a professionnal that will cost money within 25 days ...
and i can't resiliate it because i can't log in ...
Can you help me please ?

It is VERY unlikely that you will get access to the account again, but, you can try via Support. As a minimum they should be able to stop payments: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
Go to www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in - even to here. So, try using an incognito window to do it.

I don't want to get access to the account because i understand this is not possible to signe in, but i want to stop payment for this account. That's all.
